1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the j9 apps platform and all its services. j9 apps is an online gaming and sports betting service operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
To deposit money on j9 apps, you can currently use bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳500. Before using any payment method, you must be the registered owner of that method — using a third party's account is prohibited.
- Funds are added to your account once the deposit is successfully processed.
- If a deposit fails for any reason, notify the support team.
- No additional charges apply to deposits.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit, which must be registered in the user's own name.
- Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for that bonus has not been met.
- Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (i.e. ৳30,000 in wagering is required for a ৳1,200 bonus).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per user.
- The account must be fully verified before claiming a bonus.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
- j9 apps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any existing promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting and Gaming Conditions
All games and betting markets available on j9 apps are operated through certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which no one can control.
- Once the outcome of a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed.
- If a technical error occurs in a game, that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be returned.
- j9 apps is not responsible for any bet lost due to an internet connection failure.
- Official results are used as the basis for settlement in sports betting.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

7 Prohibited Activities

- Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by j9 apps
j9 apps may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- If the Terms and Conditions are violated.
- If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
- If suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected.
- Due to a court order or legal obligation.
8.2 Closure by the User
If a user wishes to close their own account, they must notify the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. If all wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance will be returned.
9 Limitation of Liability
j9 apps is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following cases:
- Loss caused by internet connection failure or faults in third-party services.
- Loss resulting from account login details falling into the hands of a third party.
- Service disruption due to natural disaster or force majeure events.
